Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes related to multiplayer game development, project collaboration, and associated professional activities.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree to use the Service in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others and does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Service.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems connected to the Service. Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful software into the Service. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any component thereof. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred units of the currency applicable to your transaction.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your Content, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting the Company at contact@talllexsystems.com and requesting account deletion. Termination does not entitle you to any refund for fees already paid unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
15.2 Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms of Use, conduct harmful to other Users, or actions that may expose the Company to legal liability.
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
