Accessibility Statement
Last updated: November 25, 2025
Talllex Systems is committed to ensuring that its website and online services are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our digital presence and to provide an inclusive experience for everyone.
Our Commitment
We believe that access to information and services should not be limited by disability, device, or connection speed. Talllex Systems strives to meet recognized international accessibility standards and to apply best practices in inclusive web design across all pages and features of our platform.
Standards and Guidelines
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Key Principles
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the four core principles of WCAG:
| Principle | Description |
|---|---|
| Perceivable | Information and interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive, including through assistive technologies. |
| Operable | Interface components and navigation must be operable by users who rely on keyboard navigation or other input methods. |
| Understandable | Information and the operation of the interface must be understandable, with clear language and predictable behavior. |
| Robust | Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. |
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, Talllex Systems applies the following measures:
Technical Implementation
We use semantic HTML to structure content in a meaningful and navigable way. All interactive elements are designed to be operable via keyboard alone. We provide text alternatives for non-text content, including images, icons, and graphical elements. Form inputs are associated with descriptive labels, and error messages are clearly communicated to all users.
Visual Design
Our interface maintains sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum requirements. Text can be resized without loss of content or functionality. We avoid using color as the sole means of conveying information.
Navigation and Interaction
Pages include consistent navigation patterns and logical focus order. Skip navigation links are provided where appropriate to allow users to bypass repetitive content. Interactive elements have clearly visible focus indicators. No content flashes more than three times per second to reduce the risk of triggering photosensitive conditions.
Multimedia
Where audio or video content is provided, we work to supply captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions as applicable. Pre-recorded media includes synchronized captions for users who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Known Limitations
While we strive to achieve full accessibility, some areas of our service may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These may include third-party content or tools integrated into our platform that fall outside our direct control. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps on an ongoing basis.
We do not guarantee that all third-party services, embedded tools, or externally hosted content meet the same accessibility standards. Where possible, we select third-party providers who share our commitment to accessibility.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including but not limited to:
| Technology Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Screen readers | NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack |
| Keyboard navigation | Standard keyboard-only browsing without a mouse |
| Browser zoom | Up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality |
| High contrast modes | Operating system and browser high contrast settings |
| Voice control | Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control on macOS and iOS |
We test our interface against a range of browsers and assistive technology combinations to identify and resolve compatibility issues. We recommend using an up-to-date browser for the best experience.
Ongoing Efforts and Testing
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time effort. We conduct periodic accessibility reviews using a combination of automated scanning tools and manual evaluation techniques. Findings from these reviews are prioritized and addressed as part of our regular development cycle.
Our team receives guidance on accessible design and development practices to ensure that new features and updates maintain or improve the overall accessibility of our platform.
